Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item.
- You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- First, check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank for further details on processing times.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at contact@trexfashion.com.
GIFTS
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
SHIPPING

- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over £75, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service.
- Purchasing shipping insurance.
